Digital Marketing Specialist Detroit, MI

We're one of the premier growth marketing agencies in the US and are looking for an experienced, creative and client facing Digital Marketing Specialist that can help take us to the next level.

The Position:

We’re seeking a well-rounded strategic marketing Digital Marketing Specialist to join our account management team. This person will collaborate with the teams to create innovative ideas and support with all things digital oversight and execution. Do you have experience in account management, project management or serving as an in-house digital expert? This could be the perfect role for you whereyou canmake a huge impact within a lean, agile team.

The individual must have proven results and a passion for building and executing B2B and B2C marketing initiatives that fuel client growth. Must also be a hands-on utility player who can roll up his or her sleeves to not only move the business forward but support the tactical needs of our clients through the development and execution of marketing programs.

How You’ll Spend Your Time:

In partnership with the Account Director...

  • Key contributor to account/project management function
  • Lead specific areas of accounts; client facing role
  • In partnership with team leads, plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, paid media, display advertising campaigns, etc
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and recommend optimizations to spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Participate in planning and measurement experiments and conversion tests
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Assess conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with internal agency team, client's internal teams and other partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Manage internal tasks to meet budgets and timelines via project management tool
  • Provide suggestions to increase productivity and effectiveness of agency processes

Job Requirements/Skills:

  • Experience directly working with/managing client accounts
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B and B2C marketing role (agency or client side).
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing with demonstrated experience
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop, retain and grow client programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills - Empathy, listening, proactiveness and conflict resolution are a must have!
  • Ability to work creatively while managing a consistent workload
  • Ability to build rapport and have a positive attitude
  • Self-driven, time management and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ongoing drive to do push the creative envelope and keep up with the latest digital trends
  • Willingness to learn and be adaptable to change
  • Experience in optimizing digital marketing channels and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously

Digital Marketing Intern Detroit, MI

The Position:

We're looking for recent Graduates who want to learn how to create extraordinary digital marketing, and contribute fresh ideas to real, live projects for our clients and our agency.

What We’re Offering:

Two internships, for three months working on projects in our Digital department in Detroit. This is a paid, hourly position. Reporting to a Director, you'll participate in the processes and activities that generate innovative digital marketing experiences. We consider hiring our interns at the end of the internship for full time roles at the agency.

What We Need:

A passionate, collaborative, self motivated individual that has an interest in building skills in digital marketing. The Position:

We are looking for a proficient, professional, reliable, and fast learning office assistant willing to work Tuesday & Thursday 9am-5pm at our Detroit office.

What We’re Offering:

Part-time role to work with a group of digital marketing experts in Detroit. This is an hourly position and may have the opportunity to grow over time.

What We Need:

A passionate, collaborative, self motivated individual that will:

  • Organize and assist our team
  • Keep our office tidy and stocked
  • Prep the office for client meetings
  • Perform personal assistant duties for CEO
