Job Overview

Marketing Supply Co. is a data-driven digital marketing agency in the heart of Detroit, MI. We are currently looking for an Office Manager! The Office Manager supervises the daily support operations of our dynamic company, planning and implementing the most efficient administrative and operational procedures. The goal is to ensure all administrative and support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively to allow the agency to function smoothly.

This full-time position is ideal for the creative, detail-oriented, tech-savvy manager.

Oversee all front desk essential job functions; supervise the Front Desk Assistant position; serve as back-up when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as a business/office manager
  • Proficient in MS Office and demonstrated ability to learn new software platforms quickly
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Organization and oversight of general office supplies, needs, and resources
  • Facility services management
  • Team culture activities/event planning
  • General inventory management
  • Monitor costs and expenditures within budgetary constraints
  • Function as a liaison with the agency’s vendors/suppliers/clients
  • Work with account managers to develop the agency’s production schedule for client projects
  • Assist other departments (PR, Marketing, Business Development, etc.) with tasks
  • Execute orientation and onboarding process for newly hired team members
  • Ensure office has adequate and suitable resources to function smoothly
  • Oversee and perform basic IT services, training, and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with outsourced IT vendors as needed
  • Coordinate and manage new hire onboarding and training
  • Ensure office experience for guests meets MSC’s brand experience
  • Manage miscellaneous requests as assigned
  • Assist in miscellaneous client work as needed for coordination and review
